The first step is meeting to find out your vision, goals, details of the space, etc.

CONNECT

In this meeting we will conduct a design analysis and get details from you for the new space, your brand, designs you like, etc. The goal of this meeting is to get as much information from you as possible - size of space, branding requirements, goals, current space analysis if needed, your vision, etc. the more information you have ready the better!

From the information gathered we will create a plan

CONCEPT

with the potential layouts as well as a mood board which shows finishes, colors and feel of the space. We keep revising this until you are 100% satisfied and ready to sign off.

From this we move on to making technical drawings of the space.

CONCEPT

This includes construction drawings, furniture layout drawings, ceiling plan, mechanical and electrical drawings, custom millwork drawings, finishes, elevations and more. We will revise this until you are 100% satisfied

Once signed off we will issue a set of ifc (issued for construction drawings) and ifp (issued for permit drawings).

Construct

permit applications can be submitted at this point and generally take 3-4 weeks for approval depending on permit office. Once you have permit approval construction can begin!

From this we move on to making technical drawings of the space.

COMMUNICATE

Communication is key.

While we work on these drawings we will be in regular contact to ensure every detail is addressed. we will go through data/ internet requirements, phone requirements, staff numbers, furniture needs, artwork needs, etc. The goal is to make sure the new space is 100% functional for you and looks amazing! We also stay in constant contact with the site superintendent and the rest of the construction team.

Throughout construction and upon completion of the project we will be continually on site working to make sure all the fine details are answered and resolved on site in a way that does not interfere with the design intentions nor with the timeline. We will complete final walk through and address any potential deficiencies. Our goal is to have to have no deficiencies at turnover.
